This email will confirm the details of your booking and provide you with your username and password. On the portal you will be able to select all your personalised options for your event.

Booth Start Time

Access up to 2 hrs before start time is required

A £100 deposit is required and full payment up to 4 weeks before the event. Payment details will be sent to you

Note; we only have one of each backdrop and is purely based on a first come, first served basis. Your print template and start screen (if applicable to your package) will be sent to you for approval up to 2-4 weeks before your event. Please look out for this email and confirm the options are OK to upload to the booth ready for your event. Please also note the required booth and set up sizes along with the setup times. Please make your venue fully aware of what’s required. Many of our common questions can be found on our Q&A page but if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We very much look forward to meeting you and all your guests.
